Why should my organisation offer ClariCare Childcare Vouchers to its workforce? 2. Does my organisation save money too? Yes, for each employee that joins the scheme, you can save up to £373 per year as you won’t be paying National Insurance on the value of your employees' Childcare Vouchers.
3. How can ClariCare Childcare Vouchers help to retain staff? Offering your employees childcare support can help achieve an effective work/life balance promoting a positive work culture, which in turn can lead to increased productivity and reduced staff turnover.
4. Do I have to pay anything to run the scheme? You will incur a Service Charge of up to 5% (see fees and schemes for %) from us but these costs are deducted from savings made under the scheme, so there is no net cost to the employer.
5. How do I market the scheme to my employees? ClariCare provide you with a comprehensive range of marketing materials designed to reach all types of employees, in all types of environments. As an example, we can provide you with posters, email campaigns and pay slip attachments as well as bespoke editorials for your organisation’s newsletter and/or intranet. ClariCare’s dedicated Marketing and PR teams will work closely with you to ensure your employees are aware of the scheme.
